Directions to 1260 Vallecita Drive (Faust Haus):
From Washington/Bishops Lodge Road going North:
- 3rd right after Artists Road onto Valley
- Follow to stop sign (over 4 speed “humps”)
- Right Turn at stop sign onto Vallecita over arroyo/storm ditch
- 0.4 miles from the right turn, see a black mailbox on the right with 1260 address on it.
- Make a hard right turn ~120 degrees just before the black mailbox onto a right of way.
- Go up the steep hill ~50 yards and turn left at the next driveway (do not go straight – that is 1256).
- Go up the long driveway and park by turning left at the end and parking straight in to one of the four parking slots on the right side so other traffic can get by you (park front in) or in front of the garage. Please do not block the circle.
- If you are physically fit please park on Vallecita and walk up the hill to our house.
From Hyde Park Road going East:
- 1.4 miles from Bishops Lodge turn left onto Gonzales
- In 0.3 miles turn left (it is still Gonzales, but then turns into Vallecita)
- 0.5 miles from the left turn you will see the driveway (just after the black mailbox 1260) on the left.
- Make a gentle left turn ~30 degrees just after the black mailbox up a right of way.
- Go up the steep hill ~50 yards and turn left at the next driveway (do not go straight – that is 1256).
- Go up the long driveway and park by turning left at the end and parking straight in to one of the four parking slots on the right side so other traffic can get by you (park front in) or in front of the garage. Please do not block the circle.
